Knowable
UX Designer: 2018 - 2019
I worked with Knowable for a year, until it split off from Axiom in 2019 as a UX and visual designer to help create an application that organized large amounts of contracts and used machine learning to identify key pieces of information within documents.
CONTRACT REVIEWER
The role of a reviewer is to go into a contract and locate data points within the document and potentially correct the machine learning. This is to make sure that the document is both correct and to teach the ML to look for bits of information like this. Below are a few screens to showcase how dense the information can get and how the reviewer might be able to use the application to do their work faster and more accurately.
QUALITY CONTROL & document families
In addition to a reviewer, a Quality Control Reviewer will look over the work that the reviewer has done. Their goal is to determine the accuracy of data points within their set of documents. Below is the dashboard showing fields that the reviewers populated and what our AI believes to be the accuracy level.
Many documents exist in a familial tree - for example, a Statement of Work is likely the child of a Master Agreement, so we needed to create a UI that allows reviewers to identify those relationships.
Because I work in wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, my NDA doesn’t allow me to post most of my work. For more information, please contact me and I’ll be happy to walk through my process. The images below are features I worked on or owned.
